Gmp99 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions binding all users who access or use the gmp99 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the gmp99 website, registering an account, or using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is final and takes effect from the moment you first use the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the gmp99 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above. gmp99 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot confirm it meets this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
When registering, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information submitted during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance in accordance with platform policy.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login credentials confidential. gmp99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to adequately protect their login information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact gmp99's support team immediately via our official email. Users are also responsible for ensuring that devices used to access the platform are protected with appropriate passwords and security software.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the gmp99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in the user account section after logging in.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. gmp99 will not reprocess failed transactions resulting from incorrect details without a case-by-case review. Any fees or charges imposed by the user's bank or a third-party payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. gmp99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a specified amount or appears suspicious.
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be considered. A full transaction history is available in the user account dashboard at any time.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users are prohibited from using the gmp99 platform for any unlawful purpose or activity forbidden under these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: money laundering, identity fraud, using automated software (bots) to access or manipulate the platform, and any attempt to hack or disrupt platform systems.
Gmp99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur. gmp99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, gmp99 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data incurred by users while using this platform. gmp99's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Users agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content, software, or materials belonging to gmp99 without prior written consent. All intellectual property associated with the platform — including trade names, logos, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of gmp99.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Amendments
Gmp99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any condition in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform unlawfully.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, gmp99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in that account without compensation. Where closure is at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the gmp99 platform are provided for informational purposes only. gmp99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Gmp99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact customer support to close your account. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
